Yikes! Hard Facts



Yikes! Reports say that by 2020, four out of five of your friends, family, and coworkers and neighbors, will be overweight or obese, and half of them will be diabetic or pre-diabetic according to Northwestern University. We CAN reverse this trend by exercising daily and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. Broccoli is packed full of cancer fighting nutrients. Fifty two percent lower risk of stroke in people who ate a lot of white fleshed fruits and vegetables, like apples, pears, cauliflower, and cucumbers.
