Want to look younger and not dated with your old hair style? Well, here are just a few tips to improve your look:
1. Deep condition your hair-I suggest John Frieda Clear Shine Luminous Glaze for under $10 to apply to freshly shampooed hair, leave on 5 minutes, rinse, dry, and style. It will leave your hair nourished and glossy and in great condition. Do once a month.
2. Color your hair-I love L'Oreal Paris hair color that you can buy for under $10 and is so simple an easy to apply. I suggest going a shade or two lighter than your normal hair color for a much more youthful look. Like I have said it before, nothing ages you more than grey hair!!!
3. Side Part-I like a deep part of hair not down the middle. It softens the face and more flattering.
4. Get a BANG out of life (and cut some bangs)-Nothing will make you look younger than bangs that cover scowl lines and forehead wrinkles. Pretty movement around the face erases the years.
5. Youth-ify your ponytails or buns-A sleek straight back pony tail or bun accentuates every flaw in your face so soften things up by making it a bit messy.
6. Layer your hair-The hair cut that's aging versus age defying is layers. Without them hair doesn't move and nothing makes you look older than hair that doesn't move; I call it "helmet" hair. No matter what your length, you need delicate layers to soften your appearance.
7. Lengthen your hair-You don't have to get out the scissors and cut your hair short just because you have a birthday. Just get regular trims. Long hair is beautiful and youthful. Let's not resort to the days of Callista Gingrich!
