Life can throw you some real curve balls and I believe that you have to fess up to all of the challenges that face you. You can't sweep them under the carpet but I believe that God and prayers and loved ones can help you through just about anything! Now, I think you can be positive during any crisis. That, in turn, makes you pretty. Positive and pretty! Studies have shown that for every one negative comment or thought you need to replace it with five positive ones! Thinking negative thoughts is like eating poison to your soul! So try, just for today being positive in your words and thoughts! ALL DAY! In fact, in a marriage study they found that GENEROSITY and POSITIVE reinforcement are essential ingredients to a long and lasting marriage!
