Fiber Is a Must
Eating at least 25 grams of fiber a day will not only keep you full,but will help to prolong your life. Some foods that are full of fiber include: 1. Artichokes 2. Beans 3. Broccoli 4. Lentils 5. Oats 6. Pears 7. Peas 8. Raspberries 9. Whole Grain Breads
