Swimming Is Super Exercise





I just love to swim laps with my husband. Nothing is more relaxing and invigorating at the same time! I can go for almost an hour without feeling tired. It strengthens muscles and tones and is a good aerobic exercise. Research shows a fifty percent decreased of chance of death for SWIMMERS compared to sofa sitters, walkers,and joggers, according to South Carolina researchers who followed over 40,000 adults for over three decades.
