I Can See Clearly Now
Trying to see clearly during one of life's storms can be particularly hard. Bemoaning things that upset us is easy but figuring out what would work better is so much more effective. There is purpose in ALL things. God knows ALL! Visualizing what is the best solution and the hopeful future is key. We must press forward with faith knowing things will work out! People who get what they want tend to be the people who KNOW what they want. It is so easy to complain compared to creating a plan for positive change. It is better to talk about SOLUTIONS rather than talk about PROBLEMS. Be solutions based. Always identify the things YOU can change and don't focus on the things you cannot change. Sometimes you can only depend upon the Lord; in His time; in His way. After you complain and whine and have a soul searching talk of what really upsets you, identify the core of the problem. Then think of all of the possibilities. Use your imagination. Then pinpoint a solution and practice making it happen. Many trials are temporary. This too shall pass. Be not weary in well doing. THINGS WILL WORK OUT!

5 Figure Flattering Tips!
Everyone needs to play up their shape. There are tricks of the trade to flatter your body type. Here are some suggestions:
1. Consider the fabric-cotton or wool can flatter your figure and hang smooth next to your body. Some lycra or spandex is good for some stretch and "give" for comfort and ease. Chiffons can conceal or highlight.
2. Find the best fit-clothing that is too tight or too loose is NOT flattering. When in doubt, go for a more loose fit rather than too tight. Focus on the fit on your hips and thighs when choosing bottoms, and shoulders when it comes to tops. I hate to see women wear their clothes so tight that it pulls the fabric horizontally and looks terrible.
3. Think proportion-if you have a straight, tailored skirt then you can go for a more flowy top. If you have a snug top then go for a flowy skirt. Do NOT put flowy with flowy or tight with tight! Outfits that are blousy on the top and bottom with make you look bigger.
4. Use color and print strategically-dark tones/hues camouflage certain body parts but you don't want to dress like you are always going to a funeral. A larger pattern looks best on a fuller figure. A small print goes best on petite frames.
5. Finish with the right accessories-high heels or nude colored pumps elongate your look. A belt can accentuate your waist. Earrings and necklaces and scarves can tie together your look for a complete look.

Cover Girl Flip Stick
I just found another favorite thing: Cover Girl's Flip Stick! It is two lipsticks in one container. One has a darker color and the other end has a lighter color. You can go for the layered look or the solid look. It is super fun and cute. There are a variety of colors to choose from. Just don't leave it in the car - it will melt! This makes your lips more full and interesting!
