Tanned & Toned For the Summer

This summer make it a goal to get tanned and toned for the summer.  Fat looks better darker than light.  (Ha, ha).  Even if you just sit out for ten minutes a day to get some vitamin D it is better than staying inside all season and looking like Frosty the Snowman. Tone up by swimming a few laps or walking a few blocks.  Stretch while watching T.V. or do sit ups or toe taps.   Just remember:  Tone and tanned.
