Tennis Magazine has come up with 20 things you need to know about nutrition. They are the following:
1. Your diet impacts your brain function.
2. The right breakfast fights hunger all day.
3. Food can fight pain.(Ginger, cherries, berries, olive oil)
4. Don't run on empty.(in the stomach)
5. Sleep matters ALOT!
6. Omega 3's are beyond essential (eat fish)
7. Milk does more than double duty (burns fat and strengthens bones)
8. Don't get fooled by the aftermath burn.
9. Organic food is worth the extra money.
10.Alcohol weakens muscle.
11.Relying on the sun for vitamin D may be a mistake.(You may need a supplement)
